Abstract

|
|
A case of synovial sarcoma in the ankle with pulmonary metastasis is presented for its rarity. The diagnosis was, confirmed, with excisional biopsy, which revealed sarcomatous growth of spindle cells and irregular clefts that were lined by tumor cells.
